~WOW! It's been such a long time! I just needed a break and hopefully there are still people out there that come here! There were a lot of things going on and I just needed to stop for awhile. But I'm back and that's the important thing!
~Updated "The Insane Journey" with the rest of my journey to see Nick in Milwaukee which happened this past weekend! There aren't even words to describe what it was like, I think about it every day and I want to go back SOOOO BADLY it's not even funny. Enjoy the review.

~Don't bother me about how long it's been since I've updated. I don't wanna hear it! Haha but actually I'm in a super good mood because I just got tix to see Nick in Milwaukee!!! I'm so freaking excited I think I'm gonna wet myself. It's my first concert too, and since it's Nick I'm even more excited! AHHHH! It's in March so I got awhile to wait but that's okay.
~New section called "Go Back To 2nd Grade" and well, it's not quite done but I'll keep adding things to it as I go. *hopefully* I say that all the time then I just kind of stop. Haha whatever!

~Alright, I gotta tell ya'll about my Brian dream! No it's not dirty (this time...no jk honestly!) Okay, me and my friend were at the grocery store on a rainy day, and Brian was there greeting everyone that walked in the store, kinda like the old people at Wal Mart. I didn't want to just go up to him and talk to him so I snuck behind him and walked into the store so that he would have a reason to talk to me. So I went up to him and he shook my hand and told me I had soft hands but they would look better if they were green. (Don't ask...I dunno either!) But anyways, I asked him if I could have a hug and he's like "of course!" So when I went to hug him, my friend was standing behind him and she super glued my hands to the back of his neck! After like a minute Bri was like "okay you can let go now" and I'm like "I would but I can't! My friend just super glued my hands to your neck." Then he looked into my eyes, his beautiful blue green eyes, and was like "oh that's so sweet, you must be a big fan." And I'm like "yeah." Then he kissed my nose. Yeah my nose! WTF?! So anyways, my friend ran off laughing, and since I didn't want to rip his neck flesh off, we had to walk around the city trying to find a way to get my hands off his neck dodging all the crazy teenys that were throwing various fruity items at me! Then I woke up and was like...whoa...yeah it was funny.
~Okay yesterday my friend gave me her Burger King Promo video! It was brand new and I never asked her for it or anything! OMG I love it! I LOVE IT! It's so hot, DWYB choreography is soooooooooo frickin hot omg! Me like!

*NON was officially #17 in its first week in the US and #11 in Canada. For the past week, it fell to #63 on Billboard.

*"Do I Have To Cry For You" will be the next single in the US and the video is due out to MTV next week, they will premiere it on TRL sometime next week. "I Got You" will be the next single in Europe and Australia.
*In an interview a few days ago, it is reported that AJ said the next BSB album will "probably be the last." However, this is NOT comfirmed, and there is no audio available, so there IS NO EVIDENCE this is true. It is also said that the reporter kept interrupting him, so he could have meant to say "probably the last for a few years" or "for awhile" since they will probably be taking a hiatus soon.
*Rumor has it that Nick is dating a girl from Michigan, a radio DJ named Angi Taylor. No confirmation. No pics.
*Nick and Aaron will be performing a concert in Key West, FL on November 23rd to support the APBA races. Nick's team won first place in the national conference in Super-V class, and will shoot for the world conference in upcoming months.
*At VIVA recently, Nick performed "My Confession," "Help Me," and "I Just Wanna Take You Home." I haven't found any pics of this yet, but hopefully there will be some soon. I heard this was an excellent performance.
*Last night on ABC was the concert for World Children's Day. All I gotta say is I'm glad I taped it! Nick sang "Help Me" and he got a standing ovation and A LOT of clapping and cheering after he finished. He shook the hands of the fans and it was really cute!!

Fans worldwide are invited to join in the fun at the 2nd Annual BSB Fan Convention. The convention will be held March 14, 15 and 16, 2003 at The Sleep Inn and Suites, in Baltimore Maryland.
This year's convention has an even greater meaning to all BSB fans, as we will be celebrating the Boys 10 year anniversary with "A Decade of Devotion" as our theme. This event is a charity fundraiser to raise money and awareness for the Backstreet Boys charity organizations (DLF, HHC, NCOC, JWR & JNN), while also providing a place to meet up with other Backstreet Fanfriends and have a lot of fun while doing it! This year we have lots of surprises in store for you, (so we won't tell you everything!), as well as bringing back some of last years favorite activities. There will be guest speakers, and we would like to officially announce, with permission from Angela Herring of the DLF, that the wonderful folks of the Dorough Lupus Foundation will be joining us again! *Yesterday headed to Madison, bought the "Everybody" single from however many years ago. Shut up, I know I'm a little late in buying it, get over it! Anyways at Target I saw NON with the DVD for only $11! That's $5 less than I paid for it WITHOUT the DVD on Tuesday at Wal Mart! I was so mad. It came back and bit me in the ass. Grrrr.....

*The guys have recorded 3 songs in the past few weeks without Nick. These songs aren't necessarily going to be on the album.
*Nick will be rejoining the group early next year after he has done his thing.
*The group will be back in the studios early next year after AJ's marriage and Brian's baby.
*They are shooting for a single early spring of next year.
*They hope the album will be out by the summer of next year.

*Okay, yesterday I of course bought NON, who didn't?! I left school early, I wasn't going to go to school, but after an hour battle with my parents I finally gave into their evil ways. But they let me leave early so it was all good. I got to K-Mart and there weren't any copies! So either they never got them in, they got them in and everyone bought them, or they didn't put them out yet. So I continued onto Wal Mart. I had success here. I ran back to the electronics department, which of course is at the way back of the store. At first I didn't see any and I was gonna cry, cuz there aren't any other palces to buy CDs where I live, but then I looked under the BSB section and there was ONE LEFT and it was tipped on it's side so I couldn't read the label. Of course the front was cracked, but I didn't care - I GOT IT! So I know people have been mentioning that it's been sold out places. This can be either good or bad. Either they got a lot of CDs in and a lot of people wanted it, or they only got a few in, which isn't as good. Either way I'm glad I got it!

The Doroughs earned this award for their non-stop effort with the Dorough Lupus Foundation aimed at educating people on the disease Lupus, the same disease that took his sister Caroline's life in 1998. The ceremony took place at Washington, D.C.'s Catholic University on October 26. Howie and Pollyanna performed "Fly to Heaven," a song Howie refers to as the "theme song for the foundation." *So much for that "updating a lot" stuff I said, right? Look, I'm sorry, get over it, I had to leave for a few days and go visit family. But I'm back and that's all that matters. Can you even control the excitement?! NON in 2 friggin days!!! I don't believe it, I never thought it'd come so fast! I remember this summer when I was like ohhh nooooo I can't wait 3 months! And now it's like 2 days. That's so cool!!
*Bob Carter DOES NOT have cancer, I'm sure most people know this already, but it's just a reminder. He is ill, but is recovering and will be back to normal health soon.
*Backstreet's IWITW vid was #4 on TRL's 1000th Episode, which was pretty cool, they showed more of that vid than the others. Nick was being so adorable, he kept hitting on Vanessa Carlton and Ashanti, it was hysterical. Then when Kid Rock came out he was acting all buddy/buddy with him and Kid was like erm...okay...It was great. Ohhh and I just gotta say, his performance of "Help Me" was TOTALLY KICK BUM!!! Not even joking, it was so awesome, I think that will help him on TRL, seeing as he hasn't been on it for awhile. VOTE! All the people there were screaming and singing along, it was a really good sight.
*At the Breakfast w/ Brian and Leighanne, someone who attended reported that their baby's due date has been moved up to November, instead of December. But who knows, right? *Wow this is gettin' good! I've been updating a lot!! Whoo hoo for me!! Today me and my friend were going to school and she put in the soundtrack to the movie "You Drive Me Crazy" and all of a sudden I heard a very familiar "yea-ah-ah" and I was wtf...omg I KNOOOOOOOW that "yea-ah-ah"!!! Yes it was IWITW!!! But a very hip remix...I totally didn't know that song was on that soundtrack. Interesting!! I heard "Help Me" on my digital music channels for the first time today!!! Of course with my luck I missed the entire thing until the last 20 seconds or so but I was EXTREMELY happy because I haven't heard it on there or on the radio yet!

*If you haven't heard the news about Nick's father, well you're in the right place. Unfortunately, Bob Carter has been diagnosed with cancer. The type of cancer is unknown at this time. Nick's rep called into a radio station today and confirmed the news, and Nick has cancelled many upcoming appearances and interviews. In this time of unfortunate events, it would be greatly appreciated if all of you would pray for Bob. Think good thoughts, and belive that he will beat this. Because he will. Okay this is a really funny story - one of my friends gave me the old YM w/ BSB on the cover from last February, and I was really excited because I don't have it, so I had it in my 1st hour class, and me and my friend were talking about BSB, and he was kinda making fun of them but that's fine, and he was reading all their quotes from the interview in a gay voice, but anyways, in 3rd hour, he sits at a different table, and he was doing the gay voices and talking about BSB, and the teacher yells across the room "I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THE BACKSTREET BOYS!!! NO MORE BACKSTREET BOYS!!!!" and I was like omg woman calm down!! It was the funniest thing ever because she said it all weirdly and overpronounced BACKSTREET BOYS and stuff (like that) lmao. Umm other stuff... added TV appearances in "You Can See Them Too!" and I think that's about it.

Updated "You Can See Them Too!" I don't feel like doing the new section today. Not now anyways. I might later. I guess Kevin is in LA or wherever they have the Emmys. Finally there is something in magzines about the most recent Backstreet news. In Entertainment Weekly, there's a bit about Brian and Leighanne's baby and a really cute picture of them. (Mother's question: "That's his wife?" My answer: "Yeah." Mother: "Wow isn't she pretty?!" Me: "No kidding Mom." Mother: "The baby is going to be so cuuuuuuute!" Yes that was an actual conversation.) Then there's a little snippet about Nick's album in the Fall Music Preview. I gotta cut 'em out and put them on my Officially Named Wall Of Backstreet, actually it's more like 2 walls...but yeah you get the picture, heck, you probably have one or more in your room. Heard QPG before I went to school, so I knew it was gonna be a good day. On the way home I heard ALAYLM but I was in my friend's car and she doesn't like them, so she was making fun of me. Well not really making fun, but you know how it goes. Oh well. It made me happy. (Because you know, I'm horribly cheap so I never buy them myself.) She got me the SOMH single from New Zealand/Australia, (SOMH, AIHTG a cappella, The One - Jack D. Elliot Radio Mix) the AIHTG single from Japan, (AIHTG radio version, Everybody - 7" version, INBYH radio edit, ALAYLM radio version, Everybody - instrumental, INBYH - instrumental, ALAYLM - Peppermint Jam Remix) and the MTT single from New Zealand/Australia (MTT radio mix, MTT album version, The Call - Neptunes Remix, MTT Hani MixShow remix, MTT enhanced video.) How f*ing AWESOME is that?! I was really happy, I couldn't believe she would do that for me! She said to me, "I know what it's like to be an obsessive fan (because she's obsessed w/ Christina Aguilera) so these are a must-have for any fan." I was like yayayayaya! Yeah I know people want to stop talking about it, but still. Here's a little review of BSB on the replay of the Concert For America shown last night on VH1:
i was already bawling, but then when bsb came on then of course i did even more! especially when they sang "time" i was like omg thats so fitting for this situation. and as soon as meg ryan told the little girl to announce the next guests, i knew it was bsb! but i think they should have sang "show me the meaning" because that would have worked really good, even tho i get why they sang "quit playin games" because they didn't want to be too sappy and stuff. "everyone" actually would have worked well too, 'we've been thru days of thunder, some ppl said they dont belong, they tried to pull us under, but here we are together and we're millions strong' i mean how f*ing PERFECT is that? and then their mics went out for like 5-10 seconds, i was like that's great, and howie did kinda screw it up....he started going way high, so then brian and nick did and aj and kevin just stayed the same...and uh why was howie wearing a violet purple suit? lol and aj was wearing a mustard yellow one...yucky! but then they had the hats on from the audience and then i started crying even more! overall, it was an alright performance, not their best, but im sure they were way emotional at the time, so just going out there and doing it was enough for me!

Alas, another day, another update. Updated "You Can See Them Too!" with more times for Nick's Making the Video. Told ya they'd show it more than once. Last night, Nick sang the National Anthem on Monday Night Football before the game. I just found out this information about an hour before the game started, so I had basically no time to get online and notify everyone and nobody was actually sure if it was going to be aired or not. And it was, oh Lord it was! Key points: 1.) Nick's never looked better. 2.) Nick's never sang better (that performance was to the caliber of let's say....SMTMOBL and SOMH....it was THAT good. 3.) People were singing along with him and cheered at the end. It was lovely. There should be pictures soon...assuming. *Does a little dance* I love The Calling, I love The Calling! I just got their CD yesterday when I bought my more-than-kick-ass stereo! Woot woot! Dang! For those of you who have "Camino Palmero" my fave track is "Unstoppable" and they better as hell release that as their next (hopeful I should say) single or I'm gonna be really mad you have no idea. "If we have this night together, if we had a moment to ourselves, if we have this night together, then we'd be unstoppable." It's obvious what they're talking about but still, I love it baby, I LOVE IT! I had to delete all the songs off my computer, but I burned them all, so that's alright. I gotta tell ya, it was painful deleting 132 Backstreet songs...there was so much time and effort put into downloading those songs, and it took me a really long time to find some of them. But that's okay, I'm over it. "Drowning" was #12 on the MusicWeek Live Weekend Countdown this morning on the radio. I turned it up all the way as I usually do, and enjoyed every minute of it. That is a gorgeous song, that's all I gotta say. Uhhh what else...oh yeah! A new section! "Life Goal: Fulfilled" is what it's called, and it's not as serious as it sounds. It's pretty cool, just check 'er out. For all the rest of the sections, I don't believe I'm going to be updating any of the older ones that much anymore, if at all. When you start adding all the new sections it gets really hard. But don't worry this isn't the end! Have no fear! "As long as there'll be Backstreet, I'll be updating again!" A few days ago at work I had an experience that seriously touched me. Wow I'm on a roll of updating every day...cool beanos. Yes, that's right, check out the NEW SECTION called "Littrell Has Lost It," which I think is pretty funny, but that's just me...and I'm a little goofy. Ummm Nick might be performing with Justin at the VMA's....I don't know what to think of that. I'm sure it's not true, but I think it might be cool if he did...even though you know how I feel about Mr. Chia-Pet Hair...Uhhh what other news...*shrug* I can't think. Last night I watched the VMA's Uncensored which was just a look back at the VMA shows since 1984, and it was really cool, they put together about 5 seconds of EVERY performance that's ever been on the VMA's and I saw Backstreet singing "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" and "Larger Than Life!" I was like yayayaya! And today, every hour on MTV2 they're showing the videos that won each year and for the life of me I don't know what year(s) BSB was nominated, some people told me at backstreet.net that they won in 1998 and 1999 so I'll have to watch the '98 and '99 shows...they're on in about 15 minutes...lol. I'm still sick so I didn't go to work today. Updated "You Can See Them Too!" I just flipped on my Digital Music Channels and QPGWMH was on I was like yayayaya! And uh on TRL Melissa Joan Hart said that Howie taped an episode of "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" that will be aired this coming season which is cool. But I don't think I get that channel. YES, you saw right! I added yet ANOTHER new section called "You Wanna Fight?! Bring It On, Punk!" which basically just gives examples of what people say in hopes that they'll make us, the BSB fans mad, and what we can say to them to retort, etc...it's kind of a ranting section, but that's okay, I thought I'd just put it on the site. I'm probably gonna find the "Differences Between Backstreet and *N Sync" but I have to find it first...evidentally I deleted it from my C Drive but I know I posted it on a different message board, I think at Delphi, so I'll try to find that...Yesterday I was watching E! and on the bottom it said whose celeb birthdays it was, and it said it was Howie's so that made me happy! And I just watched "Rank: Hottest Bachelors" and I was totally disappointed to find out that Nick and Howie didn't make it on, yet they had like Tobey McGuire...ummm sorry but he's not hot. Ughhh I'm sick, I didn't work today and I left early yesterday. Yucky. HAPPY BIRTHDAY HOWARD!!!! Hehe even my radio station knows that, you know why? Because I emailed them (yes...again...) and told them it was his 29th birthday. And whenever they have musical birthdays they always play one of their songs, so they plays AIHTG which was a nice choice. I was hoping it was that, INBYH, SOMH or Drowning because they play their other ones all the time. Which I guess is better than none at all I suppose. Oh yeah, keep voting for Nick at www.mtv.com AND www.cosmogirl.com. I think the cosmogirl one is only for today though because it says daily...lol then yeah I guess it would be today...but still...Nick's winning both of them, but not by much, so keep voting Backstreet fans! Oh yeah, check out www.n-carter.com too...just look at the recent picture of Nick...holy shit, that's a damn hot picture! I'm thinking of adding 2 more new sections of things that I wrote when I was mad when people kept pissing me off, one is the "Difference Between Backstreet And *N Sync," which I mean, I really shouldn't even bring it up because that'd make me a hypocrite (see post from 08*20...) but I think there's some good venting material in it. And the other one is basically just defending BSB from the stupid comments people make, proving that they're wrong, etc...it's more serious as well, just like "Enjoyableness," but I think it's well worth it. Okay, last night the stupid site wouldn't publish the new stuff, and I got really mad, so therefore, today I'm not adding anything, and that means the new stuff from yesterday is STILL new today! Got it? Good. Just got back from www.backstreet.net. It seems Nick's album hits stores the 29th instead of the 22nd, don't ask me why, I didn't read the blurb at the site yet. *sigh* Figures. And "Help Me" hits radio and internet promo TOMORROW the 17th!!! But then I READ the article...heh...it said it hits internet promo the 17th and radio the 20th, so whatever, it's soon, and that's what's important. How friggin' exciting is that?! Nick is gonna be in friggin' Chicago (yes only 3 hours away from me...) for hosting that radio show concert thing...yeah I forget the name...dang I wanna go and tickets are only $15!!! That's not a lot at all...I wanna goooooooooo! Wow I'm so tired from work. And I still have to work tomorrow. Next week I work 4 days in a row. That doesn't seem bad to you, but you're not a resort attendant constantly walking around and pushing 250 pound carts of towels down the hallway of a hotel that has annoying carpeting that makes it harder to push the stupid carts at the highest ranked hotel/resort in the state of Wisconsin. They said "Hello, we're the Backstreet Boys, don't forget to watch our first TV special!" It was adorable. Whooo I'm back!! I was gonna open with the whole "oh my god I'm back again!" thing but that's a little old...yeah so my vacation was so fun! It got kinda boring though. Actually I got back yesterday but I didn't feel like updating until now. I bought "Backstreet Boys" import, you know the one from like 1994, lmao. And "Backstreet's Back," and "Around the World" DVD...man that's some funny stuff! I watched it at like 1 in the morning last night because the DVD player is in the living room and my parents were in there until like midnight, so I had to wait. Awww Brian and Leighanne on HS! So adorable! The question was something about couples fighting and Leighanne's like "We never fight!" and Brian's like "No, NEVER!" and had this goofy smile on his face, I was like ohhhh you're incredibly adorable! Wow this is my site. That's kind of exciting. Actually it's 12:15 AM, so it's technically 07*17*02...whatever deal with it, it's late, and frankly I don't care. I'm hella tired.
